Our Mission

Cantonese & Toisan Society, a volunteer group, is dedicated to preserve and promote Cantonese language and Toisan dialect; to honor the forefathers for their contributions to the building of the U.S Transcontinental Railroad, and to commemorate U.S military veterans of Cantonese/Toisan descent.

EVENTS

Upcoming:

Socials are held on Friday 6PM - 8PM on the 2nd week of each month. Event scheduling occurs on a 2-month cycle basis. The next cycle will begin August 27.


Social meet up to mingle and speak Cantonese/Toisanese. We chat and eat small snacks at local Chinese businesses to support Chinatown. The events happen on a 2 month cycle. We also have a youth group.


Beginner to Conversational & Intermediate Vocab

Intermediate (Conversational Cantonese Class)
